1.1. Returns are accepted within 10 days from the date client received goods.
1.2. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
1.3. Perishable items such as fresh produce, dairy products, and frozen goods are not eligible for return.
2.1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@beefmeergmbh.com within the return period. Provide your order number, a brief description of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2.2. Our customer service team will assist you through the return process and provide a return authorization if your return is eligible.
2.3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with any accessories or documentation that came with it.
2.4. Ship the item back to the address provided by our customer service team. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
3.1. Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect its eligibility based on the conditions in section 1.
3.2. If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
3.3. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
4.1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 15 business days of receiving the product. We will arrange a return or replacement based on your preference.
4.2. To expedite the process, please provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item, along with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
5.1. We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
6.1. In addition to perishable items, we do not accept returns for any goods that are damaged or used.
7.1. Maya Europe B.V. reserves the right to refuse a return or refund if the returned item does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.
7.2. Any shipping and handling charges incurred during the initial purchase are non-refundable.
